Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.Prices are subject to change based on vehicle availability, time of booking, and other factors.Late returns may incur additional fees.

5. Insurance and Liability

Renters are required to have valid insurance coverage. Insurance options are available at the time of booking.Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance or a waiver.In case of an accident, the renter must notify us immediately and follow the necessary reporting procedures.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time may be subject to a cancellation fee.Refunds for no-shows or early returns are not provided.

7. Prohibited Use

Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, races, towing, or off-road driving.Violations of these terms may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the rental agreement.
